No, not MULE, Mule.
Keeping on the sheep theme, this is another of the breeds grazing on the farm.
But thinking about it, I'd love a donkey. Not sure what I'd do with it, apart from stroke its ears in times of stress.
Perhaps some uses for donkeys suggestions might help persuade me? Keep 'em legal.
Oh, and the photo's much better large - do click on it.

Them's mighty fine looking sheep :-) I'd like a donkey too. Perhaps it could carry shopping back from the shops? You could hire it out for Nativity scenes??
Wow! You weren't kidding about the picture being better large. Beautiful.
The only use for donkeys that I know of is hauling....and making manure. :)
I thought you were talking about shoes at first...You could always put a pannier on your donkey and use him to gather your tomatoes, corn, courgettes etc. Or give him a sunhat and lease him to that terrible coffee shop to assist them in selling ice creams.
Stroke its ears in time of stress? Aw, that's sweet.
You could take the donkey down to Blackpool Sands (Devon) and charge little kids £2 a time to ride on it - five minutes a time = a possible £24 an hour! You could call the donkey David Cameron because of its inability to stop producing shit. You would become known as the Donkey Woman and you could ride David Cameron whenever you liked.
Na - you DON'T want a donkey! No...really. You - don't - want - a - donkey. I'll tell you about it one day.
Sara - I'm very much the atheist, but I like the idea of hiring it out for fun and frolics
Tpals - I always can do with hauling help
WW - you SEE how long it's been since I lived in London? Shoes didn't even occur to me!
James, sweet, that's me!
YP - you are outrageously back on form
Locks - couldn't I have just a small one?
